At Grabblly, we believe that waiting for a package should be part of the excitement, not a source of stress. Because we prioritize quality over speed, we do not stockpile mass-produced items. Instead, we collaborate with premium US-based partners to print your selected design right after you place your order.
Here is a transparent breakdown of how we get your Grabblly gear from our designs to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Area & Restrictions
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Physical Addresses Only: To ensure secure delivery via our carriers, we require a physical street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Military Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
2. How Long Will It Take?
The total time to receive your order is calculated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Step 1: Processing & Production (Making your order) Every item is printed on demand. We process orders Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
Order Cut-Off Time: 06:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Production Time: Please allow 2 – 4 business days for us to print, quality-check, and pack your order.
Step 2: Shipping Time (The journey) Once your order leaves the facility, it is handed over to our trusted carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
Standard US Shipping: 6 – 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Note: Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer than the standard estimates due to distance.
(Summary: In most cases, you can expect your package to arrive within 8 to 12 business days after placing your order.)
3. Shipping Rates & Taxes
We believe in keeping shipping costs simple and transparent, so you never have to guess what you will pay.
Standard Shipping: For all orders with a total value under $199.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of $7.99.
Free Shipping: If your order total is $199.00 or more, you qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Taxes & Fees: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. We do not charge any hidden handling fees; the final price you review before payment includes everything needed to get your order to your door.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking link to become active in the carrier’s system.
5. Address Changes & Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
Changes: If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us at contact@grabblly.com immediately (within 2 hours of placing the order).
Once the order has entered the production phase (usually after 6-12 hours), we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Issues & Resolution
We aim for perfection, but we know that sometimes things happen.
Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately.
Resolution Time: We are committed to investigating and resolving all delivery issues (sending a replacement or issuing a refund) within 5 – 7 business days after receiving your report.
Delays Outside Our Control: While we do our best to meet the estimates above, Grabblly is not responsible for delays caused by carrier strikes, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions.
7. Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that the specific blank apparel for your design is out of stock, we will notify you via email immediately. You will have the option to wait for the restock, choose a different color/style, or receive a full refund.
