Q: Are you a “fast fashion” brand?

A: No, quite the opposite! We are an independent design brand. We don’t warehouse thousands of mass-produced items. Instead, we operate on a Print-on-Demand model. This means every Hoodie, Sweatshirt, or Tee you order is printed fresh specifically for you right after you place the order. This helps us reduce waste and ensures you get a brand-new item, not something that’s been sitting on a dusty shelf for months.
Q: How do your sizes run?

A: Our apparel generally runs true to size and comes in standard US unisex sizing (unless stated otherwise in the product description).
Tip: If you prefer a looser, baggy fit (perfect for hoodies!), we recommend sizing up one size.
Check: Please verify your measurements with the Size Chart on the product page before ordering to minimize the hassle of returns.
Q: How should I wash my printed apparel?

A: To keep the design looking vibrant for years, we recommend:
Machine wash cold, inside-out.
Tumble dry on low or hang-dry.
Do not iron directly on the print.
2. ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: Why does shipping take a little longer than Amazon?

A: Because we create your item from scratch!
Production: First, we need 2-4 business days to print and quality-check your item.
Shipping: Then, the carrier takes 6-8 business days to deliver it to your door. So, while we aren’t as fast as Prime, we promise the quality and uniqueness of a Grabblly design are worth the short wait.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation or change (size/address). After 12 hours, your order has likely moved into the production line and can no longer be modified. Please email us at contact@grabblly.com immediately if you need to make a change.
Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We partner with premium printing facilities located right here in the United States.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What if my item doesn’t fit?

A: No worries! We have a 30-day return policy. If it doesn’t fit or you just changed your mind, you can return it to us for a refund.
Please note: The item must be unworn and unwashed. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

A: We are so sorry if that happens! Please do NOT return it. Just email us a photo of the damage to contact@grabblly.com. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. We want to make it right, hassle-free.
Q: How do I start a return?

A: Please do not send the package back without contacting us first. Email our support team with your Order Number, and we will send you the specific return instructions.
4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Q: Is my payment information safe?

A: Absolutely. We use Stripe and PayPal, two of the most secure payment processors in the world. We never see or store your credit card information—it is encrypted and processed directly by the bank.
Q: Why was my card declined?

A: The most common reason is a mismatch in the Billing Address. Please ensure the billing address you enter matches exactly what your bank has on file. If issues persist, try using PayPal.
