Refund and Returns Policy

At Grabblly, we stand behind the quality of our unique designs and the comfort of our apparel. We want you to love what you wear. However, we understand that sometimes a fit isn’t quite right, or life just happens.

Here is our simple, transparent guide to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations (The 12-Hour Window)

Because every Grabblly hoodie, sweatshirt, and tee is printed specifically for you shortly after you order, we move fast.

  • Cancellation Window: You have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel or make changes (address, size, design) for free.

  • After 12 Hours: Your order has likely moved into the production phase. At this point, we cannot cancel the order, but you are welcome to return the item once it arrives in accordance with our policy below.

2. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your package to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility & Condition of Returned Items

To ensure a fair process for everyone, items must be returned in “sellable” condition.

  • Condition: Your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: Please keep the item in its original packaging if possible.

  • Reason for Return: We accept returns for sizing issues, changed mind, or dissatisfaction with the product. However, please let us know the reason so we can improve our future designs!

4. Damaged or Defective Products (Our “Make It Right” Guarantee)

We aim for perfection, but mistakes can happen during printing or shipping.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong design: You do NOT need to return it.

  • What to do: Simply email us at contact@grabblly.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • Resolution: We will immediately send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.

5. Costs & Fees

We believe in no hidden fees.

  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

  • Return Shipping Cost:

    • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or cover the shipping cost..

    • If you are returning due to personal preference (e.g., ordered the wrong size, changed mind), you (the customer) are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

6. How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step)

To ensure your return is processed correctly and sent to the right facility, please do not send your purchase back to the sender without contacting us first.

Return Method: By Mail (Subject to approval).

  1. Start the Return: Email us at contact@grabblly.com with your Order Number, a photo of the item (if relevant), and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request within 1 business day.

    • If approved, we will email you a Return Authorization along with the specific return address and detailed packing instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and mail it to the address provided in our email.

  4. Track It: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

7. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Money Back: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: Banks often take some time to post the transaction to your statement.

8. Exchanges

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not offer direct “exchanges” in the traditional sense (swapping one item for another directly).

  • The Fastest Way: The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

10. Delivery Issues

  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.

  • Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” but Not Received: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Grabblly is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but please contact us—we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
